    The Superior Room was beautifully decorated. The shower was an absolute highlight. Dining options were superb, especially the English Breakfast, awesome. It would have been nice to have more vegetarian options on the menu and perhaps better soundproofing to mitigate outside noise. A nice stay!

    Location: the hotel was close enough to midtown Manhattan, the centre next to all the shops, and the financial district. The staff was courteous, and requests were handled quickly.

    Some of the staff were awful.

    The friendly staff and luxurious ambiance exceeded my expectations. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the luxury room let in so much light, and the cleanliness was excellent.

    What an very nice experience! The stay was for a birthday celebration in NYC, and I loved how beautifully everything was decorated-like walking through an art gallery. The room was not only clean and quiet, but also comfortable with a fantastic duvet. The staff was attentive. My only downside would be that dining can be a bit pricey, but given the quality, it felt worth it.
